01 SYSTEMS

Four exhaust families.
Pick where it starts.

Cat-back to header-back. Each system is designed end-to-end — flange to tip — to bolt up clean and sound right. No mismatched gauges, no ill-fitting flanges, no second-guess welds.

01

Cat-Back

From the catalyst flange aft. Replaces the boring stock muffler chain with mandrel-bent 3"–5" stainless and your choice of tip, tone and tail-out routing.

02

Axle-Back

Rear-axle aft. The fastest sound upgrade — drop the muffler section and tail-out, keep the rest of the OEM mid-pipe and resonator.

  • Pipe2.5"–3"
  • Install30–60 min
  • Tone shift+12–18 dB
  • Bolt-onDirect fit
03

Downpipe-Back

From the turbo elbow aft — the diesel builder's choice. Frees the turbo to spool, drops EGTs, and pairs with our deletes and tunes for a complete top-to-tail upgrade.

Race Headers

Long-tube headers for V8 gas and big-block diesel race builds. Tig-welded primaries, individual port-matched flanges, ceramic coating standard.

03 SOUND PROFILE

Pick your tone.
Measured, not guessed.

Every system gets sound-tested at idle, cruise, and 3500 RPM with a calibrated Class-2 SPL meter at 20" off the tip. No subjective "throaty" descriptions — actual decibels.

SPL METHOD

How we measure.

Truck on the chassis dyno, in third gear, full sweep from idle through 3500 RPM. SPL meter mounted at 20" perpendicular to the tip, ambient noise floor below 45 dB. Three pulls, averaged. Hot.

  • Class-2 SPL meter, factory-calibrated
  • Identical truck across systems
  • Same fuel grade, same ambient day

04 WORKMANSHIP

Why our welds outlast the truck.

Every system is built by hand in our Ohio shop. No farmed-out tubes from overseas, no robot-welder-only assembly. The same techs that bend the pipe sign the box.

// 01
Mandrel-bent

Every bend is mandrel-formed — the inner diameter stays consistent, no kinks, no flow-killing ovals like cheap crush-bent pipe.

ID consistency: ±0.5%
// 02
TIG & back-purged

T304 weld joints are TIG-welded under back-purged argon — sugaring on the inner weld bead is eliminated. Welds last because they don't corrode from the inside out.

Ar back-purge: 99.99%
// 03
Pressure-tested

Every assembled system is leak-tested at 12 PSI before it ships. Soap-bath verified, signed off, boxed. If a joint weeps in the field, replacement is free.

Leak rate: 0.00 psi/hr

Built in Ohio

Every pipe is bent, every flange is laser-cut, every weld is laid right here. We don't private-label overseas tubes and badge them ours. You see the techs in the install videos — that's because they built your kit.

05 FROM THE FIELD

What drivers say.

Cab-and-chassis fleet operators, sled pullers, daily commuters, weekend track warriors. The kits hold up because the people who built them have to drive past the customer the next morning.

"
4" cat-back on a 2022 6.7 PSD. Hauls a 38-foot fifth wheel three states over and the welds look identical to install day. Drone-free at 75 mph. That's the hard part.

I've put 60+ of their cat-backs on customer LBZs and L5Ps. Zero warranty claims, zero leaky flanges. The TIG welds make my MIG-welded competitors look amateur.

Race-headers on the LS swap. Coating still flawless after a full sled-pull season at 1500°F EGTs. Dropped 22 lbs versus the cast manifolds. Worth every penny.

06 FAQ

The questions every
exhaust buyer asks.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, the tech-support line is the same number we've used since 2009.

Will a louder exhaust hurt my fuel economy?
A correctly-sized cat-back or axle-back system reduces backpressure and almost always nets a small mileage gain at cruise (1–3 mpg on diesels, 0–1 on gas). Oversized race-spec systems can trade low-end torque for top-end flow — we'll match the diameter to your platform and use case.
Are race headers and downpipe-back kits street legal?
No. Race headers (no cats), high-flow downpipes that delete the OE catalyst, and our deleted-DPF systems are sold strictly for off-road, closed-course and competition use. Use on emissions-controlled vehicles operated on public highways may violate federal and state law. Cat-back and axle-back systems that retain factory cats remain emissions-compliant in most jurisdictions — verify with your local regulations.
How long does install take?
Axle-back: 30–60 minutes with hand tools. Cat-back: 60–90 minutes, light fab tools recommended. Downpipe-back: 2–4 hours including turbo-flange access. Race headers: half-day on a lift. Every kit ships with platform-specific install instructions, hardware, and torque specs.
Do I need a tune to run your downpipe?
For modern emissions-equipped diesels (2008+ Powerstroke, 2007.5+ Cummins, 2007.5+ Duramax) — yes. Removing the catalyst or DPF without a corresponding tune file will throw codes and put the truck into limp mode. We pair downpipe-back kits with our tune partners and ship a single-box delete bundle if you want it.
What if my system arrives damaged or doesn't fit?
60-day no-hassle returns on any production kit. Lifetime weld warranty on T304 and titanium systems — if a weld fails on a properly-installed kit, replacement is free, shipping included. Damage in transit: photograph it before unpacking further and call the support line. We don't argue about freight.
Will a 5" exhaust on my 6.7 Cummins drone at highway speed?
Our flagship 5" cat-back uses a tuned-resonator section specifically to kill the 1800–2000 RPM drone band that's typical of straight-pipe builds. Sub-3 dB cabin-noise increase at 70 mph cruise versus stock — measured on our own crew-cab 6.7. If you want to verify, we ship a 30-day in-truck audition program.
