Ensuring transparency in our return processes is crucial for both our organization and your peace of mind. The following guidelines offer a detailed, step-by-step approach to facilitate a streamlined return experience.

Order cancellation:

Instant order processing:
When an order is placed, it is processed immediately, resulting in the immediate generation and payment of a shipping label. This efficient processing ensures fast delivery, but also means that orders cannot be cancelled after the purchase has been made.
Order already shipped?
If you change your mind after your order has been shipped but before you’ve received it, please wait for delivery. Once you have received your order, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. If you contact us before the product has left our facility, we may attempt to stop the shipment; however, it’s important to note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We encourage you to review your selections before completing your order for your convenience. If you have any questions or need further clarification on any product, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Initiate the Return:

Securing an RMA: Before proceeding with a return, it is important to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This process assists in the effective tracking and management of returns. To obtain an RMA, please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that we will not be able to process your return without a valid RMA.


A. For Tuners:

Return eligibility: If you have purchased a tuner, please be assured that this is the primary product we generally accept for returns.
PLEASE NOTE: All custom tuners are considered a final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Proper use of the return label:
If your tuner is defective: We apologize for the inconvenience. If the defect is not the result of any action on your part, we will cover the cost of the return label.
For other return reasons: If you choose to return the tuner for reasons other than a malfunction, please be aware that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or credit. This policy also applies to exchanges.
Restocking fee: If a non-faulty tuner is returned, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged. The fee may vary depending on the condition of the tuner and its packaging.


B. For Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits:

Non-returnable Items: Our policies have been revised, and we no longer accept returns for specific items such as exhausts, race pipes, and EGR kits.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

Exhausts & Race Pipes: If you discover that your item is damaged, we will either dispatch a replacement part or, in cases of severe damage, provide an entirely new product. In the event of receiving an incorrect item, don’t worry – contact us immediately, and we will rectify the situation.

EGR Kits: Should your EGR kit arrive damaged or incomplete, we will ensure you receive the necessary replacement parts. If you happen to receive the wrong kit, we will promptly dispatch the correct one and provide a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.

Returning for other Reasons

If you choose to return a product for reasons unrelated to damage: Please make use of our provided return label, and note that the associated cost will be deducted from your refund.

A restocking fee will be applicable, set at 50% for exhausts and starting at 25% for EGR kits, with potential increases based on the condition of the product.


Refunds and Credits:

Quality control after return: To maintain our high quality standards, we inspect all returned items before processing a refund.
